Monginis Foods & Services is now an ISO 22000: 2005 food safety management system certified organization. We were certified by Moody International, and the registration covers production of Bakery Products; Pizza, Bread, Rusks, Diet Crisps, Pound, Swiss roll and Layered cakes, Tortes, Gateaux, Cookies, Chocolates, Salizones, and French Pastries. Monginis has a well devised food safety policy which penetrates to the root level and ensures food safety and security to the customers.
Monginis was awarded HACCP certification in 2004.
HACCP is the globally recognized Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point program. It zeroes in on the points in a food production process where loss of control could cause biological, chemical or physical harm to the consumer.
In other words, our HACCP practice is about consumer safety and consumer satisfaction.
